Agarwood is expensive because for a couple of reasons and one of them is because of the first extraction process of the resin from its heartwood before it can be sent for processing into incense, medicine, or even for oil extraction.

Our company not only have skilled worker but also the facility and machinery to process agarwood into incense, powder and also to oil distillation.

The first extraction process requires expert and very detailed labor in order not to damage or waste the agarwood resin. This process is very time-consuming and in fact, expert labor would require 2 – 3 days to carved and extract out agarwood resin from its heartwood.  The process doesn’t stop there as it will go through the drying process before it finally goes through the selection process whether to turns it into agarwood chips, oil, etc.
